Why I Write#
I started writing as a challenge to myself. Could I actually finish a novel? Turns out, I fell so deeply in love with the process and my characters that I couldn’t stop.
What began as “let’s see if I can do this” became discovering what I’m truly passionate about: creating characters who feel real, relationships that matter, and stories that stay with you.

The Name#
Maya Morgan is a pen name. I chose it for privacy and creative freedom. The stories I tell are fiction, but the emotions and challenges my characters face are real.
